Shop / Warehouse
Assist with inventory, parts organization, loading/unloading materials, and general shop operations. Ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Construction Crew
Build and install grain systems, work outdoors. Must be able to work at heights and handle physical labor.
Concrete Crew
Form, pour, and finish concrete pads for grain system installations. Experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates.
Crane Operator / Millwright
Operate cranes and assist with setting grain equipment and structures. Millwright experience or willingness to train is a plus. Safety-focused individuals encouraged to apply.
Service Personnel
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on grain systems. Mechanical or electrical experience helpful.
Sales / Management
Work with customers to design grain system solutions. Requires strong communication skills and understanding of agricultural operations.
CDL Drivers
Transport equipment and materials between our facilities and job sites. Must have a valid CDL, clean driving record, and strong commitment to safety.
